I ordered this item over 4 nearly 5 weeks ago and still haven’t receive it and Royal Mail still hasn’t received it either
Says my order was shipped on April 26th however I have still not received it
ordered a pair of shoes and was sent the wrong size. I followed the company’s instructions to send them back for a replacement, but after returning the shoes, I never received the correct size. Today, I reached out again, and they claimed to have sent the replacement, but gave me the exact same tracking number as the original order, which was for the wrong size!
It feels like they are just giving me the runaround, and I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of proper communication and resolution. I expected better customer service
Been sent the wrong size been trying to contact for right size and replacement sent the order back they said they will ship out a replacement they never they gave me the same tracking number and haven’t been available to contact anyone since really unhappy spent £100 no money no shoes
