How Long Does Delivery Take?
We offer 2-3 days express shipping for free on most products. All orders are shipped with Royal mail Tracked 24. Processing time is under 24 hours, and you will receive an email with tracking as soon as possible this is all dependent on how quick our team can get your orders shipped to the courier, this will usually be done on the same day or the following working day.
Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.
Most items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or TNT/Fedex for free.
We only ship on working days which are Monday to Friday.
Collection/Meetups also available in the Greater Manchester area, please contact us for more enquiries on collection.
Shipping timing begins when you receive the shipping confirmation email. We are only responsible of despatching your item and providing proof of shipping, once shipped it is in the delivery courier hands and they will be held responsible for any delayed or missing parcels. If you believe your parcel is missing please start a claim with the deliver company to receive compensation. If a parcel is taking longer than usual there is a chance the parcel was lost in transit, please contact the courier company if you think this is the case.
